From last 3 days i am facing disconnecting issue and it will disconnect very 3 4 mint and again connected . Something it work for 13 36 mint but after it again disconnect

And why is it that my system shows even client who are online to be offline what could be the issue have tried restarting my mikrotik but it persists
Hello @evance
First you need to go to zima router page and make sure it is connected (status = Active).
If it shows as disconnected or disabled then the propagation from zima to mikrotik does not take place.
So check you router status first because this is the main reason.

If you the issue started after you deleted or misconfigured your mikrotik you can easily fix that by simply pasting your router connection script again in your router terminal. It will reconfigure your router and it will connect again without any issues.
