Thank you for this Feature, its really helpful to reach the router.
But its not stable, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Also some routers are accessible while other seems not to work.

for me it is showing Zima Loading and sometime if we wait 10-15 minutes then it show Webfig 504 getway time out.
@support.zima Can you please solve this problem, still it’s not working… and showing the same zima loading when we try to access customer cpe using remote managment feature.
