Yes, it seems some ISPs in Pakistan are facing the same issue with connecting to the VPN.
A similar issue happened in February. Back then, one of the 2 main ISPs (Transworld) was facing issue that affected its users. This time it is possibly a blocking if VPNs by the government as it was reported by multiple ISPs (still not confirmed).

Last week, a good number of ISPs in Pakistan faced connectivity issues with their routers. Through feedback with them we learned that there was a change in routes by Transworld which is one of the major internet providers in Pakistan. The other provider is PTCL (Pie) which was not affected. As a result, the ISPs relying on Transworld faced connectivity issues in their routers. Yes this is how it looks on the mikrotik side when vpn is facing connectivity issue.

Does anyone know about registering the vpn with PTA to avoid the block list?
