Email user upon % quota limit reached

Our subscribers would benefit from an email being sent once or even better, at intervals (say 80, 90, 95) of a percentage of their quota being reached.

As we all know once they reach 100% they will be rate limited and currently the feedback we’ve had is that it’s a bit unfair to limit them without warning and I tend to agree with the subscriber’s view.

A great solution for the subscriber would be to warn of the approaching limit.

Does anyone else see a benefit in this type of feature?

I would be interested in something like this also, even if there was an opportunity to email out a monthly summary that would be great.

This feature is a must have… Dev team should look at it.
