It shows session uptime, it means online.
However, the user status is updated after Zima reads an update from your router. It is possible that the status does not match mikrotik until Zima receives an update from your router. Also, in order to see the new status you need to refresh the page.
Idea: It would be a good idea that we add a new column “Last router update” or “Updated since”. It helps you trace when the last update took place.
On another note, we plan to release the live graphs soon, as a result there will be no need to refresh the page, it will update the status automatically (status will be updated dynamically, without page refresh). Those are upcoming features soon.

yeah its good idea to add live graph.
basically my issue is that sometime i check user from Zima portal it shows user is offline but when i check in router is shown in active users.
Maybe there is time difference but i had added NTP in my router already.
i hope you understand my issue.
