there is many time difference bitwewn user login time and offline time insame time the same user is online on mikrotik but zima show him offline what is the solution please if anyone know tell me

Zima reads the mikrotik sessions every 1 minute and updates the consumption, the sessions and the online/offline status.
So if you refresh after 1 minute the user should show online in Zima.
What is the issue that you are facing exactly, could you elaborate further or send screenshot?

please use NTP service
your issue will resolve

Go to: System > SNTP Client
Use server: time1.google.com
Go to: System > Clock
Set the time zone to your region.
