Is it possible to have one parent queue and set a queue priority for each queue(Subscriber), so that if a user goes over a set quota/limit then we could set them at the same speed but have them at a less priority of others in the router thus reducing their speed at busier times and if the bandwidth was available then they could normal speed ?
Unlike other Wisps we are a community group with friends and neighbors connected to our service and if we were to throttle service for users over quota it would not go down well but if we could kick them down the list on the router then it would be acceptable.
