Router shows disconnect after few minutes.
i have also realized if i create a new account it does not add it up in my mikrotik…
What is the routerOS version of the routers?
i am using version 7.18.1
i have actually tried all the steps you’ve shared but still getting disconnects frequently
my router os is 6.49.18
issue still pending need your help to resolve this issue
your issue is different from the other routers. It is in the new system and we resolved it today. If you face any other issues let us know.

I checked your routers, they are still on the old system. I am migrating you to the new system, the disconnection problems will be resolved right away.

This is not the same case as the other routers. Could you please send a screenshot? What message are you seeing when opening the page?
