Hi wondering if the service could be integrated with something like Zapier.com where a rule change would be the trigger, from this we could create alerts, forward template emails to users and many other things.
Good idea @Killian, but at this stage I would really want team zima to work on bugs rather than features.
There’s a plan for this interface that gives the ability to trigger events through hooks and a Zima API to access from external software.
